If any user registers, changes, or manipulates the results/output on "QurekaGamez" using any unfair, fraudulent means like VPN, etc, then “Coolboots Media Pvt. The Company shall not be taking any personal information apart from these purposesgit from the user.

We take extra precautions to ensure that such personal data is kept secure and confidential, and we will only retain this data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which we collect it.

2.2 INFORMATION WE AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT:

When you access or use our services, we automatically collect information about you, including:

• Activity Information: We collect non-personal information about your activity on our services, such as games you have played.
• Device Information: We only collect IP Address for legitimate business purposes and legal obligations.
• Region Information: When you use “QurekaGamez”, we may collect your region information for identification of your country for improving our services.

Shared preferences or cookies are small data stored on your device memory that help us to improve our services, improve your experience, to see which areas and features of our services are popular. We also use beacons, software development kits, website analytics software, and/or similar technologies for a number of purposes, including to authenticate users, prevent fraud or illegal activity, remember preferences and settings, analyze traffic, trends, and otherwise provide the Services. For example, we may collect information about you from advertising networks and data analytics providers. We may retrieve your country name from your device’s Operating System to manage various applicable privacy regulations such as CCPA, GDPR etc., depending on different regions/countries. We may identify your country through your device’s Operating System (The Operating System may retrieve the information from your device's telephony manager as per your agreement/consent with OS).

3. USE OF INFORMATION/WHY WE COLLECT INFORMATION?

• To send e-mails, instant messages (via WhatsApp etc.), social media messages and SMS messages and/or manage contact management systems;
• Recommendations services, ad tech services, analytic services, including but not limited to click stream information, browser type, time and date, information about your interactions with advertisements and other content, including through the use of cookies, beacons, mobile ad identifiers, and similar technologies, in order to provide content, advertising, or functionality or to measure and analyze ad performance, on our Services or Platforms and on third party platforms;
• Serve ads on our Platforms, affiliate websites, and any other digital platform available on the internet. However, the privacy policy of such digital platform shall be applicable upon the processing of information on such third party digital platform;
• For internal business, analytics, or to improve and personalise your experience across our services;
• To assist and to reach out to you in relation to various programs or campaigns (including marketing and sales) and/or to process your query/requests.

We may further be required to share your personal information in certain exceptional circumstances; this would be where we believe that the disclosure is:

5. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING COMPANIES:

We allow ad networks to serve advertisements on our behalf, as well as to provide analytics services. These entities may use shared preferences or cookies, beacons and other technologies to collect information about your use of the services and other websites, including your IP address, Device settings, and device network information. This information may be used by “QurekaGamez” and others, to analyse and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our services, and better understand your online activity.

“QurekaGamez” uses third party Services from Google Adsense (for Ads), Firebase, your device’s Operating System, and Google Analytics (Please note that we do not use Firebase and Google Analytics in EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland and MENA countries/regions). To comply with applicable data protection laws and pursuant to our agreement with the Advertisers and Analytics tool companies, we are hereby including Privacy policy links of such companies. By agreeing to our Privacy Policy you are giving consent for processing any personal information or information by the Advertisers in connection with the agreement between “QurekaGamez” website and the advertisers. However, before sharing any personal information with any third party we shall obtain your explicit consent.

• Microsoft Clarity: https://clarity.microsoft.com/privacy – Used to analyze user behavior (such as clicks and scrolling) to improve usability and performance.
• Firebase: https://policies.google.com/privacy – Used for app analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and core app functionality.

In addition to the general limitations in the above terms, we will not be liable to you or any other third party for any damages suffered by you or other third party, arising from the disclosure of your information. Your only remedy under such circumstances will be to end this agreement.

6. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

QurekaGamez retains your personal information for such duration and for the purposes that are necessary to comply with QurekaGamez’s legal obligations, dispute resolution, enforcement of this agreement and for research purposes. The personal information shall also be retained as per the prevalent security, backup, research and recovery policies. At the expiry of such periods, your Personal Information will be deleted or archived in compliance with applicable laws.

7. Children

To use the Platform, you agree that you must be the minimum age (described in this paragraph below) or older.

The minimum age for these purposes shall be eighteen (18), however if local laws require that you must be older for Coolboots to be able to lawfully provide the services over the Platform to you then that older age shall apply as the applicable minimum age. We do not knowingly collect personal information of individuals under the age of eighteen years. If we get to know that personal information of such individuals is present in our systems, we will delete such information.

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

All Personal Information collected via or by "QurekaGamez" may be stored anywhere in the world, in the cloud or the servers of our service providers. When we transfer your Personal Information internationally, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that it is treated securely, lawfully and in the manner we describe in this Privacy Policy. Under certain conditions, “QurekaGamez” may deny your deletion request for deletion if retaining the information is necessary for “QurekaGamez” or our service provider(s) to:

• Adhere to any legal obligation

e) RIGHT TO RESTRICT PROCESSING

10. YOUR CHOICES.

10.1 EXERCISING ACCESS, DATA PORTABILITY, AND DELETION RIGHTS

To exercise your access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to "QurekaGamez" product by sending an email to "QurekaGamez" at support@qurekagamez.com. Only you, or a person registered with the appropriate authority authorized by you to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.

A verifiable consumer request for access or data portability may be made by you only twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

a) Describe your request with sufficient detail allowing us to properly evaluate, understand, and respond to it; and

b) Provide sufficient information that allows "QurekaGamez" to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom "QurekaGamez" collected personal information or an authorized representative.

"QurekaGamez" cannot provide you with personal information or respond to your request if "QurekaGamez" cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. "QurekaGamez" will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s authority to make the request or identity.

10.2 PERSONAL INFORMATION DISCLOSURE OPT-OUT RIGHTS

You have the right to opt out of certain uses and disclosures of your Personal Information. When you have consented to "QurekaGamez" for processing of your Personal Information other information, you may withdraw that consent at any time and opt out to further processing, by contacting support@qurekagamez.com. You can send us request for opt out from the "QurekaGamez", you can find opt out link in the menu from where you can exercise your right to opt out. Even if you opt out, we may still collect and use anonymized, non-Personal Information regarding your activities on our Services. You have right to direct us to not sell your personal information at any time (the “right to opt-out”). To exercise the right to opt-out, you may submit a request to us from setting screen icon via manage data preferences provided in the website.

Once you make an opt-out request, "QurekaGamez" will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking you to reauthorize personal information sales. However, you may change your mind and opt back in to personal information sales at any time by visiting "QurekaGamez" and sending us a message to that effect. "QurekaGamez" will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to comply with and review the request.

"QurekaGamez" will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights. Unless permitted by the law, we will not:

12. RESPONSE TIMING AND FORMAT

"QurekaGamez" makes efforts to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 30 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), "QurekaGamez" will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

“QurekaGamez" will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. The response "QurekaGamez" provides will also explain the reasons "QurekaGamez" cannot comply with a request. For data portability requests, "QurekaGamez" may select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

Unless it is repetitive, excessive, or manifestly unfounded, "QurekaGamez" does not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request. If "QurekaGamez" determines that the request warrants a fee, "QurekaGamez" will provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request and inform you of the reason of the decision.

16. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND PRACTICES

a) Revision to the Privacy Policy
